Tom Starrs, Program Coordinator
Tom is President Judy Clinco's right-hand man and does an incredible job of overseeing the
day-to-day operations of Direct CareGiver Association. This includes recruiting & screening
of training candidates, the interview process, hiring staff & subcontractors, advertising,
mailings, bookkeeping, correspondence, volunteers, computers, statistics, and reporting to
government agencies & the Board of Directors. His personal integrity plays a huge part in
the successful management of this complicated and important operation. We are very fortunate
to have someone with Tom's business expertise, personal honor, and caring heart as our
Program Coordinator.

Lee Ann Stotts, LPN, Employment Support Coordinator
Lee Ann is a wonderful human being who supports the efforts of current students becoming
educated in the medical field by offering tutoring, and social service support and referral.
She interviews training candidates, calls work references, and assists Tom with many
interoffice projects. She supervises the job placement of all graduates who can continue
to take advantage of this service when they are interested in changing jobs. Our graduates
also contact her for help or social service referral with any issue that is a problem or
barrier to their successful work in the CNA/caregiver field. Lee Ann excels in this area
and has been an absolute miracle worker for many, many people in a variety of crisis
situations. We are blessed to have such a dedicated and caring professional on our team.
