Employer members have access to our pre-screened, well trained students and can interview them
for potential employment during the last few weeks before training ends. This provides you with
reliable, high quality caregivers to build a strong, stable, workforce.

Our trainees have been carefully screened. They are interviewed twice.
We contact all of their work references and we work closely with them
for three months during the training which allows us to determine
how reliable they are and to gauge their dependability.
Our graduates are head and shoulders above most caregivers in skills and knowledge.

- Continuing education classes for your staff every month.
- The Caregiver Gazette newsletter mailed to your caregiver staff every two months,
which not only gives them information about better caregiving, and a schedule of continuing
education classes, but it also provides them with news about community resources that can
help them stretch their earning dollars.
