INFORMATION about our next Certified Caregiver + CNA Training Class

Direct CareGiver Association has a unique job training program for students to simultaneously become certified caregivers as well as certified nursing assistants (aka CNAs) in a 12-week evening course. After training is completed, we help our graduates find jobs in Tucson working in hospitals, home health, hospice, assisted living, or adult care.

The Spring 2006 Caregiver + Nursing Assistant Training class begins Monday, April 3rd and runs thru Wednesday, June 21st on M-T-W-Th (5-8 PM) + Saturdays (7 AM-1 PM).

Interviews are scheduled immediately after a candidate attends a one-hour INFORMATION SESSION at a public library and fills out an application. The next four Information Sessions for the Spring 2006 Class are scheduled for:

1:30 PM on Sunday, February 5 at Nanini Library (7600 N Shannon Rd)

5:30 PM on Wednesday, February 8 at Quincie-Douglas Library (1585 E 36th St)

1:30 PM on Sunday, February 12 at Valencia Library (202 W Valencia Rd)

5:30 PM on Wednesday, February 15 at Columbus Library (4350 E 22nd St)

If anyone is unable to attend an Information Session, s/he can call Direct CareGiver Association at 325-4870 and an application will be mailed.
